Staff in healthcare work in a very demanding, stressful and sometimes understaffed environment, and many things are not within a manager’s control to change. However, what leaders can change is the way they engage with their team so they can build strong, positive elements into a challenging environment.

The focus of the program will be:

1. Understanding differences in communication styles.

2. Learning how managers can adapt their communication to be more effective with their team.

3. Understanding how these changes can improve morale and retention.

This is an IN-PERSON event taking place at the Courtyard Marriott Lake George.
