Workplace Stability with Bridges Out of Poverty


This two-day training will provide strategies to create conditions which lead to retention, productivity and engagement in the entry-level workforce.

Workplace Stability leverages Bridges Out of Poverty tools to promote economic and social change, enhancing community sustainability. It provides employers, educators, and organizations with innovative strategies to address poverty and instability, improve job retention, and support individuals moving out of poverty and instability.

Participants will explore poverty research, key influences, and a theory of change while gaining practical strategies to support those experiencing poverty and instability. This training equips attendees with actionable tools to implement within their organizations and communities.
