Community Health Worker Training Programs in our region

Community Health Workers (CHWs) are trusted frontline professionals who help individuals and families navigate healthcare and community support systems. They connect people to resources, provide health education, advocate for patient needs, and help reduce barriers to care. By building strong relationships within the communities they serve, CHWs play an important role in improving health outcomes, increasing access to services, and promoting overall well-being.
