In today’s rapidly changing information environment, healthcare and public health professionals face growing challenges in communicating accurate, trustworthy information. Inspired by themes from Information Sick, this interactive one-hour training explores how shifts in media, journalism, and social media have transformed the way people access and interpret health information.

The virtual session will also highlight practical strategies local health agencies and organizations can use to build credibility, strengthen community relationships, and communicate more effectively in an increasingly complex information landscape.
