Leadership Essentials Training Series Session 3: Accountability

This session is offered via Zoom and explores how leaders can foster a culture of accountability within their teams. Participants will learn the difference between accountability and punishment, identify common barriers, and practice effective techniques—using T.E.A.M. styles—to support performance. The session concludes with an action plan for immediate implementation.

This is session 3 in a the 3-part Leadership Essentials Training (session 1 held June 5 and session 2 held August 18).  It is not required to attend all three sessions.  You can choose sessions you’d like to attend.
