Leadership Essentials Training Series Session 2: The Value of Perspective

This session is offered via Zoom and explores how perspective shapes leadership, communication, and conflict. Participants will learn to recognize and navigate differing viewpoints, understand how perception influences interactions, and adapt communication strategies—using insights like T.E.A.M. styles—to build understanding and increase buy-in.

This is session 2 in a the 3-part Leadership Essentials Training (session 1 was held June 5). It is not required to attend all three sessions. You can choose sessions you’d like to attend. Session 3 will take place October 20 via zoom.
